The Lead Worker course is required for individuals performing lead abatement.

This Lead Abatement Supervisor training provides information on lead-based paint abatement and regulatory guidelines for those individuals that plan and/or oversee lead abatement work.

Maintain your accreditation as a lead inspector by attending an EPA approved refresher course. This course is required before your current EPA Lead Inspector certification expires. If you allow your current certification to expire, you must take the initial lead inspector course again.

Maintain your accreditation as a lead abatement worker by attending an EPA approved refresher course. This course is required before your current EPA Lead Worker certification expires. If you allow your current certification to expire, you must take the initial lead worker course again.

The Lead Inspector training is for individuals seeking to perform lead-based paint inspections and/or clearance examinations on abatement and renovation projects. Individuals will learn to determine if lead-based paint is present.

The Lead Risk Assessor training is for individuals seeking to perform lead-based paint hazard evaluation services, including risk assessments and lead hazard screens. This class will prepare students to perform on-site inspection, take samples, determine the severity of lead hazards, and develop lead hazard control plans.

The Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Refresher Course meets the AHERA regulatory requirements and OSHA training requirements for individuals that disturb small amounts of asbestos containing material incidental to routine maintenance work.

The Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor class is for individuals interested in supervising asbestos abatement projects.

This course meets the AHERA and Cal/OSHA annual refresher training requirement for the asbestos building inspector. The course includes a review of previous course material, new updates and technologies, and a regulatory review/update.

This course meets the AHERA and Cal/OSHA annual refresher training requirement for Asbestos Management Planner. The course includes a review of previous course material, new updates and technologies, and a regulatory review/update.

This course provides information for those individuals who wish to perform lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments, and/or post-abatement clearance services. This class will prepare students to perform on-site inspection, take samples, determine the severity of lead hazards, and develop options for eliminating those hazards.

This course is for those individuals who already took a lead worker course (24-hours) and are interested in becoming a Lead Supervisor or Project Monitor by taking this 16-hour lead-related Supplemental Lead Supervisor/Project Monitor course to fulfill the training requirements.
