Payment Policy We will accept payment by credit card, check (paid prior to class) or purchase order. Payment is due prior to the class.

Cancellation Policy Allstate Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In the event a course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you at least 72 hours in advance. We will either refund your course fee or move you into the next available class, based on your request. If the student needs to cancel a course, a 7-day notice must be provided for a full refund. Notification must be received by email at smilano@allstate-services.com or by calling (619) 542-7717. There will be no refunds for no shows. No refund will be given for a student that does not complete the entire course.
