Lead and Asbestos Technician:

Allstate Services Environmental, Inc. is seeking a DHS certified Inspector/Assessor and Project Monitor to conduct lead-based paint inspections, clearance inspections, and onsite monitoring. The applicant shall also be certified as a Site Surviellance Technician or a Certified Asbestos Consultant.

Allstate Services Environmental, Inc. is seeking an instructor to teach lead and asbestos courses. Candidate must have previous experience in adult education. Previous approval through DHS is a plus. Bilingual is preferred . This position may be full or part time.
